POLICY

SLW will aim to be as flexible as possible for clients who need to rearrange their booked appointment.
 

If however a booked appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours of the appointment time clients are subject to a 100% appointment fee charge. The same applies to clients who miss or do not turn up to their appointment.

 

Clients will be requested to pay the full appointment amount by bank transfer or at their next appointment. If you have paid for your appointment upfront and are no longer able to attend, you may move your appointment to an alternative date if the 48 hours notice is given. A refund will not be given if notice is less than 48 hours.
