CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

SLW will aim to be as flexible as possible for clients who need to rearrange their booked appointment.

If however a booked appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours of the appointment time clients are subject to a 50% appointment fee charge. The same applies to clients who miss or do not turn up to their appointment.

Clients will be requested to pay the 50% fee by bank transfer or at their next appointment.
